Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
For Monthly Parking Permit Holders
June 2020

1. If I purchase one of the permit types that are available, how do I access the garage?
      a. To access one of our gated facilities, permit holders that purchased one of the permit types that are available effective July 1, should pull a ticket as they enter the facility. To exit, permit holders should proceed to the nearest cashier booth and
present their permit to the cashier.

      b. To access one of our surface parking facilities, permit holders should display a copy of their permit on their vehicle dashboard. Permit holders that purchased their permit via Pay-by-Phone have already registered their license plate, so they are
not required to leave anything on their dashboard.

2. Do I need to return my current permit?
Permit holders with permits that expired on June 30th are not required to return their permits at this time.  Additional information will be provided in the coming months as we finalize the details of the permit program for the remainder of FY 20/21.

3. I previously overpaid for my permit. Can I be issued a refund for this amount?
Please contact Marlene Ramirez (.(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)) for further information.

To reduce wait times at exits and improve the experience for all, effective June 1, we suggest using the most appropriate garage depending upon method of payment:
ACC Garage: PayByPhone only (pay at entry, prior to leaving vehicle, to avoid a citation)
Millberry Union: PayByPhone (pay at entry), or Cash/Credit Cards (pay at exit)
