Rental Rates for 2021-22
UCSF Housing is not for profit and receives no state subsidy or taxpayer monies. We are funded solely by the rent we receive from our tenants. The rent collected enables us to maintain our current housing program and facilities as well as expand housing for future demand. With our small team, we are able to support approximately 2000 tenants with plans to add 400 more in 2021-23.
