- Listen and learn from UCSF and other experts on coping in our new world with weekly webinars on emotional wellbeing
- Go outside and take a walk
- Open a window
- Take stretch breaks
- Take some deep breaths. Breathe in for a count of 3 and breathe out for a count of 3 or use a guided visualization tool
- Portion out food in bowls or containers to avoid over snacking
- Create a dedicated workspace and assess your ergonomic set up
- Do an In House Walking Workout
- Meditate with an app or YouTube video
- Journal your thoughts, particularly if you are feeling stressed or anxious
