The Wellness & Community team would like to wish everyone a happy holiday season!
We are pleased to announce two new programs:
UCSF Volunteers, whose mission is to create synergy amongst colleagues while contributing to the surrounding community. This program gives team members an opportunity to work together for a common cause, improving engagement and strengthening their connection to UCSF’s mission and PRIDE values. The UCSF Volunteers website makes planning easy so you can have fun.
The Diabetes Prevention Program is the second program and this is an exciting opportunity for those who qualify. This one-year lifestyle program will help participants learn lifelong healthy habits that can drastically reduce the risk of developing type 2 diabetes.
