Event Space & Meeting Rooms
Housing Meeting & Events is here to create community for our Housing tenants.
We are not currently hosting departmental meetings in the Housing Event Spaces.

Previous capacity restrictions have been lifted back to normal room capacity signage.
Reservation request must be made by the primary leaseholder of the apartment.
Please make reservation requests at least 5 business days in advance.
In compliance with the University’s Event Guidelines, the tenant hosting the event is considered the Event Host. The Event Host is expected to adhere to all policies listed below along with the original room policies listed in the reservation request.
Event Host must submit Attendee List to Housing Events at least 24 hours
prior to their event. This is emailed to each person after they request a reservation.

All attendees must:
-Masking is strongly encouraged but not required on campus, outside clinical settings. Please note when children under 5 years old/not vaccinated are in attendance, all people will need to remain masked indoors. (Policy Reference)
-Food and drinks are allowed.
-Be vaccinated or vaccine compliant per UCSF policy. Guests from off-campus/not affiliated with UCSF are not allowed at tenant events. If a tenant invites another family or tenant from another campus housing community, that is within compliance of the policy as they live on campus.
-Complete the Daily Health Screener prior to arrival the day of the event (including tenants).
-Event host will not allow those who are not on the attendee list to
enter the event.
-Event host will limit attendance to capacity of the room (listed above).
We offer five community rooms for tenant use.
