Chase Center Now Open
Published on August 20, 2019
The Chase Center is now open across the street from Bakar Fitness Center.
UCSF employees are encouraged to use public transit whenever possible. However, we know that many of you, especially our community members, drive to the fitness center. On the busiest days, traffic is expected to be heavy.
To arm you with info on traffic impacts, UCSF has developed some handy tools.
There is a new website, UCSF ETA-Event & Traffic Alerts (eta.ucsf.edu) that includes everything you need to know.
4 Tips to Prepare
1 Visit the Event & Traffic alerts website: eta.ucsf.edu
2 Subscribe to the ETA calendar
3 Download the UCSF Mobile app for alerts on the go
4 Ride the free UCSF shuttles (show membership card). Real time info and schedules available on the UCSF Mobile app.
UCSF’s ETA calendar displays red or yellow to show potential traffic impacts, most of which will occur on weekday evenings. Adjustments to the calendar ratings will be made by UCSF’s Transportation Services based on experience after Chase Center opens. View calendar and subscribe.
