Child Care Bulletin Board


The UCSF Child Care Bulletin Board is provided as a campus service. We accept listings for share care, families recommending nannies/sitters, nannies/sitters seeking employment and families needing in-home care. To view and/or post to the board, please visit our new Child Care Bulletin Board on Chatter (MyAccess login required). Please note the postings below will be transferred to the Chatter platform and as of June 1, 2020, postings will only be accepted on the Chatter bulletin board.

For information on background checks for nannies and sitters, please visit TrustLine, the in-home caregiver screening program administered by the California Department of Social Services.

Do I have to use the templates provided?

We request that you use the templates (available on the Chatter page in the Group Files section) in order to ensure that the information provided is consistent and sufficient.

How do I know the information on the bulletin board is up-to-date?
We ask that members edit or delete their posts if/when the information becomes outdated (click the icon in the upper right-hand corner of your post to edit or delete your posting).

What should I do if I see a posting I am interested in?
Please use the contact information within the posting to get in touch with the sitter or family you are interested in.

What if I don’t currently have access to Chatter?
UCSF faculty, staff, trainees and postdocs have access to Chatter via MyAccess. Students who wish to utilize the Child Care Bulletin Board on Chatter can also be added. Please email .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) to gain access.

Is this board open to non-UCSF community members?
This Child Care Bulletin Board is for the UCSF community. UCSF community members can post on behalf of others (such as a recommendation for a nanny or sitter).
