If you’ve been working remotely and are now in the process of returning back to on-site work, as part of UCSF’s July 1 slow migration, we’ve prepped a mighty checklist to make sure the transition is seamless.

  • Check the printer. Is it printing? Contact the UCSF Print Management Program (PMP) team to make sure your device is running well. If you’re not enrolled in PMP yet, why not? It’s a cost-effective campus program that emphasizes sustainability and savings by helping you print more efficiently when you need to.
  • Review office signage. If it’s been a while since you’ve been in the office, some flyers, posters, and announcements might be outdated. Remove and recycle everything that is, but if something needs updating or reprinting, connect with us.
  • Order business cards. Whether you’re running low on the supply or some of your information has changed, make sure you’re never caught without a business card by ordering a new set.
  • Get new professional portraits. Make sure you and your team have a portrait you can be proud of.

For everything mentioned above and more, connect with us.
