The University Stores support health science excellence by providing retail services and programs that enrich campus life at UCSF.

UCSF is a leader in graduate health science education, research, patient care, and community service, and our products and services are focused to serve the health science professional.

We provide medical books and software, diagnostic medical instruments, computer hardware and software, clothing and gifts, school and office supplies, and food and beverages to the faculty, students, and staff at the University of California, San Francisco.

In addition to serving the students, faculty, and staff of the University of California San Francisco, the University Stores also serve the general public.

Store Hours

Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Closed Sundays and all University holidays.

The NEW University Store

The UCSF University Store on Parnassus and the UCSF Technology Store have merged into one remodeled location!

We've updated our look to bring you a fresh mix of clothing, gifts, medical instruments, books, and a full array of technology products all under one roof!

San Francisco Thermometer Exchange Program

In an effort to help rid households of a potentially hazardous item, in 2002 the UCSF University Store became the city's first permanent site for exchanging mercury thermometers for safer digital thermometers.
