We can manage from start-to-finish the following preferred mail addressing options:

  • Ink Jet: Prints the address directly onto the mail piece. Size requirements are from 3” x 5” to 16” x 17” and thickness up to 1/2”.
  • Pressure Sensitive (1 up): Labels in a single continuous column. Affixed by machine.
  • Avery: Labels printed on 8.5” x 11” sheets. Affixed by hand.

In order for your mail to qualify for Standard A (Third class) postage rate, it must have a minimum of 200 identical pieces or 50 lbs. of identical pieces. It must be sorted, stacked, and trayed according to postal regulations and the proper postal forms must be filled out and accompanying the bulk mail to the Post Office.
