San Francisco Bike Map Register your bike at UCSF for free For your protection, bike registration stickers are required. Also, stickers are required on all bikes parked inside UCSF bike rooms and cages. To register your bike, you will need the following: a photo ID and your bike's make, model, color and serial number. A bicycle safety quiz is also required. Current bicycle holders are eligible to complete the bicycle saftey quiz and be entered into a monthly drawing for a $25.00 gift card or free yearly membership for the San Francisco Bicycle Coalition.
