Employee of the Month Criteria
These criteria include attendance (near perfect attendance), punctuality (always on time), accuracy (minimum number of errors), productivity (most productive), safety (promotes safety), and courtesy (friendly and respectful at all times).
In addition to a mention on this website and a banner on his or her picture in the Parnassus Transportation office, the award winner will receive a $25 Bear Hug.
