Fitness Evaluation and Body Composition
Regardless of your current level of fitness, a Fitness Evaluation establishes a baseline and identifies your strengths and weaknesses. You will also receive recommendations for an effective and time efficient fitness program.

Fitness Evaluation (allow 60 minutes)
  • Resting heart rate
  • Cardiovascular endurance
  • Body composition evaluation including circumference and 7-site skinfold test
  • Flexibility test
  • Consultation
Body Composition only (allow 30 minutes)
  • Body fat percentage via 7-site skinfold test
  • Lean body weight vs fat mass
  • Recommended body weight for ideal body fat percentage
  • Consultation
Evaluation Guidelines
  1. Please dress in loose, comfortable clothing. Shorts are recommended. Women, please wear a sports bra.
  2. Do not exercise less than 6 hours before the evaluation.
  3. Do not consume caffeinated drinks such as coffee, soda, or tea 4 hours before.
  4. Do not consume alcohol 24 hours before the evaluation.
  5. Get plenty of sleep the night before.
