How to Enter
For everyone's security and safety, please hand your membership card to the Fitness Desk attendant for verification.
What to Wear
Appropriate exercise clothing and athletic shoes are required when working out.
Sorry, no street clothes, jeans, or sandals. Men must wear shirts.
Court shoes must be worn in the gym and studios. Black soled athletic shoes and hard soled shoes will damage the floor and are not allowed.
For everyone's health & safety, hospital scrubs are not allowed while working out. Members wearing scrubs will be asked to change into exercise clothing.
Have Fun & Be Respectful
Please be respectful of others. Failure to comply with any policies or any conduct that is determined to be improper or not in the best interest of Millberry Fitness & Recreation Center may result in termination of your membership.

Complimentary Personal Training
New members receive a complimentary 1-hour session with a fitness trainer. During this session, you will learn how to safely use cardio and weight equipment, find out how to exercise for optimal results, and get answers to your specific fitness questions.
Ab Lab
Free for UCSF Students, Millberry Members, and guests. Give us 20 minutes and we'll give you some of the hottest exercises to tone your abs. Meet up with one of our certified Personal Trainers and other members in the stretching area and experience a workout like no other. Don't miss it!
