Aquafit

Deep Water Exercise
Participants must be comfortable in deep water. Build endurance, flexibility, and strength during this intense total-body workout. Participants must wear water belts. Drop-in only. Free to Premier members.
Deep Water Running
A great workout for all ages and levels. Participants wear water running belts for a no-impact cardio fitness training. Must be comfortable swimming in deep water. Drop-in only. Free to Premier members.
