In just 40 energizing minutes, you're on your way to building mental and physical strength, and increased endurance. The Spinning Energy Zones: Interval, Endurance, Strength, Recovery and Raceday will challenge and inspire you to discover your personal best. To make every ride count, we recommend monitoring your heart rate with the Polar heart rate monitor provided. We have everything you need for the ride of your life, except...You!
Spinning: Anaerobic Threshold Assessment
Take your spinning workouts to a whole new level! At the completion of this Spinning intensive session you will know your individual heart rate training ranges for each of the five Energy Zones and you will feel confident using the Polar heart rate monitor to manage effective exercise intensity to get the most out of every ride. A must for every spinning enthusiast!
Spin ® Core
Forty minutes on the bike, 15 minutes off the bike. Get in gear for the ultimate cardio and core conditioning workout.
Spin ® Yoga
Energy zone rides are partnered with post-ride yoga asanas to enhance flexibility, strength, and balance in muscle groups typically engaged during spinning. Reduce mental and physical tension and increase joint range of motion to make every ride comfortable and efficient.
