Group Fitness Core Classes

Our Group Fitness menu offers something for everyone. Choose from high calorie consuming workouts such as Spinning, Step, or Kickboxing, or toning and conditioning classes, like Abs, Buns, and Thighs. Experience the "fastest way in the universe to get in shape." Try BODYPUMP. Fizzle with energy in our new low impact workout, BodyVive. Group Fitness is more than a physical workout. It's an Experience. Embrace it!

No Registration Required
Group Fitness Core classes at Millberry Fitness & Recreation Center do not require registration. All participants must check in at the service desk and pick up a class entry card 20 minutes prior to a scheduled class. Same Day Reservations can be made in advance. Payment or Premier Membership number and/or card are required at time of reservation.

General Information
Group Fitness Core Classes are included with premier membership. Standard members, non-member UCSF employees, and general public must purchase a Class Series or Single Class to participate. Class Series purchases can be used for all classes in the Group Fitness Core section (BODYJAM, BODYPUMP, Spinning, Cardio, Stretching, Toning, Water Exercise). Class Series are valid for three months from date of purchase. Sorry, no refunds, transfers or extensions. All participants must check in at the service desk before taking any class. Class entry card pick-up and check in begin as early as 20 minutes prior and 5 minutes after scheduled class start times. For safety, studio entry is not permitted 10 minutes after class begins. Thank you for your cooperation and support.

Same Day Class Reservation
Everyone may reserve a spot in any Core class the same day. Reservations will be accepted throughout the day until classes fill. Premier members have exclusive online access to reserve and cancel a class and may make reservations starting at 5:30 am, M-F online at https:/www.xpiron.com/schedule/ucsf, as well as over the phone or in person as early as 6:00 am M-F and 8:00am Sat-Sun. Class Series holders may make reservations in person only and must pay for class at time of reservation. A class reservation can only be made for the reserving party. Please call if there is a need to cancel as a courtesy to fellow participants. Same Day reservation privileges are revocable with habitual no-shows. The Fitness & Recreation Centers at UCSF are not responsible for refunds, transfers, or extensions.
