Tenants who wish to allow their contract to expire on July 1, 2009 and who do not wish to live in university housing in the future should elect to be in Group 6.

Group 6 tenants will be charged rent through the night of June 30th. All Group 6 tenants must completely vacate their apartment by 11am on July 1st. Group 6 tenants may move out and return their keys prior to July 1st, but they will continue to be charged rent through the night of June 30th.

Group 6 tenants do not need to return any forms to the Housing Services office. Tenants who do not return a Housing Intent Form are automatically placed in Group 6.

Please note: If you wish to end your contract early by finding a replacement tenant, Housing Services strongly encourages you to contact your Housing office as soon as possible. If a transferring tenant selects your room for the 2009 - 2010 term, we might not be able to find a replacement tenant for the short-term interim.
