Tenants who wish to let their contracts expire on July 1st, 2009 and return at a later date should elect to be in Group 4.

In order to be a part of Group 4, you must return the Group 4 Housing Intent Form to Housing Services by Friday, February 27th.

Tenants in Group 4 forfeit their current apartment and are not eligible to select a unit during this process.

Tenants in this group are assigned in the same fashion as new tenants. The Assignments Coordinator will contact these individuals and give them information about available units six to eight weeks prior to their desired move in date.

Please note that it is possible that we will not be able to accommodate you if you elect to be in Group 4.

Please be sure to fill in your desired move in date and your summer contact information on the Housing Intent Form. Tenants in this group should NOT fill out a new application online. Filling out a duplicate application may hinder Housing Services' ability to contact you about available units.
