Housing Services offers faculty a limited number of unfurnished houses, flats and apartments at the Mission Bay or Parnassus campuses. The focus of the program is to provide housing for the recruitment and retention of UCSF faculty.

The accommodations and amenities vary significantly. We recommend that you contact us directly to discuss the availability of options.

Assignment

Priority for Housing is based on the date the applicant is ready to move in (date of housing need). For example, those who apply for August will have priority over those who apply for September. When the date of housing need is the same, priority will go to those with the earliest application date.

Contract Terms

The minimum contract term is 6 months. Faculty may live in UCSF housing for a maximum term of 3 years.
