Member Account Management

What can I do in the member account system?

• View your account information
• Update your contact information

How do I access the member account system for the first time?

Members
To use the member account system, you must have an e-mail address on file with Member Services.

• Click on the Manage My Membership Quick Link or visit clscsionline.ucsf.edu
• Select “Forgot your username/password?” and you will receive a temporary username and password by e-mail.
• Follow the instructions in the e-mail.
• When logged in, select Account Information.

If your e-mail address is not on file with Member Services, stop by in-person, send an e-mail, or call.

Non-Members
You may create a guest account to register for programs and review your registrations. Please note that this does NOT grant facility access or enroll you in a fitness center membership.

• You will receive a temporary username and password by e-mail.

How can I update my billing information?

Make Payments

How can I check my current program registrations?

Group X Class Reservations

How do I access the Group X class reservation system for the first time?

Members
• Log in by visiting www.xpiron.com/schedule/ucsf.
• Enter your member ID number and e-mail address on file.
• If you do not have your member number, stop by in person, send an e-mail, or call Member Services.

Can I redeem gift cards or coupons online?
Gift cards and coupons are not accepted online.
Can I request a refund online?

Yes. An e-mail confirmation with a receipt will be sent to the address on file, unless otherwise indicated.

How do I book a court for the first time?

To book a court, you must have an e-mail address on file with Member Services. If you have an e-mail address on file, follow these instructions to retrieve your temporary username and password.

Can I book a court for another person through my account?
No. Each person must book using their individual accounts, including add-ons.
How do I cancel a booking?

Cancel bookings under Reservation Listings.

Will I receive a confirmation after booking?

Yes. An e-mail confirmation will be sent to the address on file.

What if I don’t receive a confirmation?

Contact the Service Desk for assistance. It is likely that your booking was not processed. Stop by in person or call.

Pilates Drop-in

How do I browse and sign up for Pilates classes for the first time?

Members
To sign up for a Pilates class, you must have an e-mail address on file with Member Services. If you have an e-mail address on file, follow these instructions to retrieve your temporary username and password.

• Click the Login link on the upper right of the Pilates Drop-in screen.
• Select “Forgot your username/password?” and you will receive a temporary username and password by e-mail.
• Follow the instructions in the e-mail.
• To sign up for a class, download our mobile app or log in at clscsionline.ucsf.edu or at checkout.

Non-Members

What if I don’t see the programs that I want?

Some programs are not available for online registration. From our home page, click the Catalog Quick Link to view special registration information in our catalog.

Can I register for another person through my account?
No. Except for members with an add-on to their account, each person must register individually. Read the next question regarding add-on customers.
Can I redeem gift cards or coupons online?

Gift cards and coupons are not accepted online. You must register in person.

Can I enroll in a program after it has already begun?

Yes, if maximum capacity has not been met. Prorated fees are not available.

How do I cancel enrollment if I registered for the wrong class or if I am unable to attend?

Cancellations can only be processed in person. A cancellation fee may apply. Please view our credit and refund policy.

Can I request a refund online?

Youth Program Registration

Important instructions on enrolling your child for Youth Aquatics or Tae Kwon Do.

Adding your child to your account allows your child to receive the member discount on programs. Only fitness center members who are the “primary member” on the account may add their child to their account. A primary member is the person who is financially responsible for membership payments and is the legal guardian of the child add-on. IMPORTANT: Child add-ons receive program discounts only and are not enrolled in a fitness center membership. Please note that this does NOT grant facility access.

To add your child to your account, log in to the member account system.

Members
Your e-mail address must be on file with Member Services to use the online registration system. Follow these instructions:

• Click on the Manage My Membership Quick Link or visit clscsionline.ucsf.edu.
• Select “Forgot your username/password?” and you will receive a temporary username and password by e-mail.
• Follow the instructions in the e-mail.
• When logged in, select Account Information.
• Click on Account Summary.
• Click the Add Sub Member button on the bottom right. If the Add Sub Member button is not visible, you are not a primary member.

If your e-mail address is not on file, contact Member Services.
