Philosophy
Balance and agility are the building blocks of all successful fitness levels. Being comfortable and coordinated in your movements is key. Too often people worry about running a certain distance or lifting a certain weight. By first improving core strength and general stability anyone can be well on their way to looking and feeling better while preventing injury and improving posture. That way your not just “in shape”, but fit.
