Our core classes consist of a variety of group exercise classes for all levels and interests; we offer core classes in aquatics, cardio, strength, dance, and mind/body. Our specialty programs allow you to enhance your current skill level in a specific discipline, or to try something new. Small group trainings feature smaller classes in which you can develop your athletic performance in a more intimate setting.
