UCSF Fitness & Recreation Mobile App



The new UCSF Fitness & Recreation mobile app is now available, providing greater convenience for our members.

  • Check in with your phone
  • Book squash and racquetball courts (Starting April 3)
  • Book Pilates drop-in classes
  • Register for programs
  • Review your membership account and make payments

Note: Group X bookings are not available at this time.

Intro to the Fitness & Recreation mobile app

Log in

1. Download from the iPhone App Store or Google Play. Search for UCSF Fitness or click the links at the top of this page.
2. Log in with your username and password (same as online member account management and program registration).

New to online member account management or program registration
1. If you do not know your username and password, tap “forgot username/password.” Enter your e-mail address that is on file with Member Services.
2. Go to your e-mails and locate the one with subject line “Your online account” for your username and temporary password.
3. Click on the link in the e-mail to change your password.
4. Return to the app and log in.

Note: Your username can be changed to one of your choice. Click here to log in, select Account Information, then Username/Password.

Booking Pilates classes

1. Open the app.
2. Tap the “classes” button on the home screen.
3. Tap the class you would like to take.
4. Tap the “book” button and accept the waiver.
5. Purchase your Class Pass or click next if you already have one.

Note: You can only sign yourself up when logged into your account.

Register for programs

1. Open the app.
2. Tap the “programs” button on the home screen.
3. Tap the program that you are interested in and select a class.
4. Tap the “book” button and accept the waiver.
5. You will see all members on your account. Select your name.

Note: You can only register yourself when logged into your account.

Make a membership account payment

1. Open the app.
2. Tap the “my account” button on the home screen.
3. Tap “edit member info.”
4. Update your emergency contact, e-mail, and phone number.
5. Tap on the “financial” button to update your payment info.

Note: After updating, make payments on the app or inform Member Services to clear any payments past due.
