Does the sight of a Spin class make you a bit apprehensive? Let us guide you through proper attire, bike set-up, correct form, and pedal stroke. Get the tools to be a more efficient rider, understand your RPM and Watts on the Power Meter, and make your riding experience more enjoyable.

Find out what it takes to make BodyPump a successful weight training option. Learn to determine appropriate weight load based on your individual fitness level and how to load and unload weights from the SmartBar. Practice and demonstrate proper form and technique for each exercise performed during each music track. Learn how to work with the music and experience progressions and specific movement options to avoid injury.
