Library Print & Copy Services
Printing is a fee-based service available through a DM WebPay Printing Account. You must be on the UCSF network (or be connected remotely via VPN) to access this system. DM WebPay printing accounts are separate from FastPay accounts and money cannot be transferred between them.

B/W printing: 12 cents single-sided / 23 cents double-sided
Color printing: 25 cents single-sided / 49 cents double-sided

NOTE: Library public patrons may print at the Parnassus and Mission Bay Libraries.
Adding Funds to An Existing UCSF Account
Existing UCSF users can use their UCSF Email login credentials (username and password) as their DM WebPay Printing Account. Please DO NOT create a new account. You must log into your account (based on your UCSF AD account) first to activate it, using your UCSF Email login credentials (username and password), before adding funds to your DM WebPay Printing Account. START HERE
You must be on the UCSF network (or be connected remotely via VPN) to access this system.
You will not be able to create a duplicate account in the system if you have activated your account using your UCSF Email login. DO NOT create an account using a ucsf.edu email address if you already have a UCSF AD domain account.
Any balances remaining in previous Library Printing accounts that have printed as of August 2016 have been migrated to new DM WebPay printing accounts. Refunds of unused funds are not available.
Creating a New Non-UCSF Account
Adding Funds In Person
If you are unable to or prefer not to add funds online with a credit card, you can also add funds in person in the DM Service Center in the Library (Room 327) during regular business hours (Mon. - Fri. 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.) with cash, check, credit/debit card, or approved departmental recharge number. There is a $5.00 minimum for credit card transactions. Restrictions on prepaid credit cards may apply.
• All account information is encrypted and stored in a secure server.
• Credit card information or other payment account numbers will never be recorded in your DM WebPay Printing Account.
Terms and Conditions
The first time you print, you automatically confirm your agreement to all the policies and guidelines listed here below and any revisions of this document, and acknowledge your receipt and understanding of this disclosure.
Account Balance and History
You can obtain your account balance by logging into the DM WebPay Printing Account system. Your current account balance appears in the “Balance” amount box. UCSF users must be on the UCSF network (or be connected remotely via VPN) to access this system.
Questions or Error Correction
In case of questions or errors concerning your DM WebPay Printing Account, you should go to the DM Service Center in Room 327 (during regular business hours) as soon as possible and report the problem.
UCSF Documents & Media and the UCSF Library are not liable for print jobs debited to your DM WebPay Printing Account if you do not take reasonable precautions with your login or password.
Use of Federal Funds
If printing is charged against federal funds, the customer accepts full responsibility that such action is allowable under federal policy.
