Copying / Digital Printing

Using high-speed copy equipment, Documents, Media & Mail provides fast, cost-effective color and black and white copying. Our standard turnaround time for most copy jobs is just 24 hours. If you need your project sooner, we offer rush and even super rush, while-you-wait service.

We carry a wide variety of paper stocks, including colored cover and text weights, textured papers and tabs. And the copies are only part of the package. We offer a variety of binding options, including comb, tape, FastBack and velo binding, as well as hard-cover book binding, complete with attractive foil-stamped spines and covers. We are pros at folding, inserting, stuffing or any type of hand-labor.

We can even help you create over-size posters or banners, perfect for the classroom, seminar or conference. You can provide us with hard copy originals or a digital file of your project if you prefer. From course readers to flyers, from posters to forms, we have your copying needs covered.

When to Print / When to Copy?

The traditional, clear lines of demarcation between printing and copying have been bending, reshaping and even disappearing in some cases due to the increase in quality and speed in digital copying and digital printing equipment. Some types of print projects that were once only suitable for an offset press can now be run more affordably on digital equipment without compromising quality or turnaround time. Because of our varied equipment mix, including both traditional and high-tech digital copiers and printers, Documents, Media & Mail is able to offer you the best of both worlds.

For more information, please consult with our Publications Coordinators, whose contact information can be found on the Design Services page. They can tell you whether offset printing or digital printing/copying would be your best choice.
