2)	15 minute free pick-up/delivery parking available at Harrison side parking lot green curb.
3)	For bidders to be in the project database and to receive addenda it remains mandatory that minimum of one hard copy bid package set per contract is purchased. UCSF-DMM will collect a non-refundable fee for each bid set package purchased. Shipping charges are additional (if delivery is requested).
4)	Bid Packages can also be viewed at the builders exchanges listed in the plan holders list.
