Millberry Union Event & Meeting Center FAQs
Are private events held at the Millberry Union Event & Meeting Center?
Yes. Our centers have hosted birthday parties, retirement parties, anniversaries, and weddings.
Is audio-visual equipment available?
Our rooms feature an 8-foot screen and a sound system that meet most event needs. We can also arrange for any special equipment you may need at very reasonable costs.
Do you offer catering?
You can choose any caterer.
We will be happy to give you suggestions for local caterers.
What does the rental price include?
Rental costs include in-house tables and chairs, set-up, breakdown, and clean-up for your event. Also included: sound system access.
Is alcohol allowed?
We welcome the inclusion of beer, wine, and/or champagne at your event. For any event that will include alcohol, please complete this UCSF Request for Use of Alcoholic Beverages form.
What hours are the facilities available?
Daily, 6:00 am-10:00 pm
However, arrangements can be made for extended hours. Just ask!
Are there computer/internet connections in the centers?
Yes. Both wireless and ethernet web connections are available.
Is parking available?
Yes, public parking is available at our UCSF Parnassus campus at $3.75/hour or a total of $30.00/day. For our weekly evening (4:45 pm or later) and weekend customers (Saturday and Sunday), validated parking is provided for $2.00/day.
