UCSF Facilities Services Introduces New Service Request Portal

UC San Francisco Facilities Services is updating its service request portal to make it easier to use and improve the customer experience.

The new portal can be found at myfs.ucsf.edu after April 30. Users can login using myaccess.ucsf.edu or they can register using a new account.

“The new portal has all the features as the previous interface, but now offers a modern layout, time saving features, and as an easy to remember URL,” said Bryan Garza, facilities technology project manager.

Garza said the new portal was designed with customers in mind. “Hopefully our customers will find it less cluttered, more interactive, and easier to navigate,” he said.
