As we plan for the future, we are reaching out to our customers to assist us in shaping the products and services offered by the University Stores. As part of this process we are implementing a Secret Shopper program to help us capture some important snapshot data of our operations over these next two years.

Secret Shopper Form

All we ask is that the downloadable form (Adobe Acrobat required) be completed after visiting one of the four University Stores, then returned to us by email, fax, US Mail, or campus mail (if you are on campus). Return information can be found on the form.

Drawings for one Apple iPod Shuffle will be held each quarter from the completed forms we receive.

The University Stores group consists of the UCSF University Store, the UCSF University Express convenience store, and the UCSF Technology Store (all located in Millberry Union), and the UCSF University Store at Mission Bay in Genentech Hall.
