To manage the growth and be successful at our vision
of becoming a valued leader and partner in campus life services, Campus
Life Services must develop and implement an effective strategy for the
delivery of quality services within limited resources.
It is for these reasons that Campus Life Services has adopted the Balanced
Scorecard. The Balanced Scorecard will help us focus on the best strategy
for achieving our vision, prioritizing our resources, and monitoring
our progress. This website highlights the key strategy and associated
objectives that will be used by CLS for managing organizational performance
